Ohio Poverty Law Journal
The Ohio Poverty Law Center publishes the Ohio Poverty Law Journal, a monthly summary of important case decisions obtained by legal aid attorneys and paralegals across the state of Ohio. Case summaries published in the Ohio Poverty Law Journal are available to all Ohio legal aid advocates at the Ohio Legal Services website (log in required).
The Ohio Poverty Law Center also sends out a monthly email with a list of case summaries included in the current issue and links to full summaries and other case documents. If you would like to receive the monthly Ohio Poverty Law Journal email, send an email to info@ohiopovertylaw.org.
Printed copies of Ohio Poverty Law Journal are on file at the Ohio Poverty Law Center office and can be requested by sending an email to info@ohiopovertylaw.org.
