OPLC and the Ohio legal services community collaborate on litigation to address systemic issues. The Community will identifies and pursues litigation to address issues of regional and statewide importance affecting large groups of low-income Ohioans.

Current issues:
  • State hearings processing and scheduling delays
  • Electronic Discovery
  • Public Records Requests
  • Appeals of school expulsion
  • Use of equity as a defense in foreclosure cases
  • Amicus briefs in the Supreme Court of Ohio
  • Electric Utility Rate Cases
